This is a useful Black Burke Mayor bulletin that unions can provide to their staff/worksite representatives in order to inform those representatives about what they should watch for with respect to employers’ attendance management programs and practices. In addition, this bulletin includes guidelines with respect to the duty to accommodate and employees’ medical privacy.
